Campfires are prohibited along the Rock Canyon Trail and drainage. Camping is also prohibited within the Rock Canyon drainage and adjacent areas. These restrictions are in effect from June 15, 2026, through June 15, 2031. Exemptions apply only to persons with a Forest Service permit or written determination, and to federal, state, or local officers or organized rescue/firefighting personnel performing official duties.
